RANGE EXTENDER |
All Aplab UPS Systems have a sufficiently wide Input range, but still, some of the installations, now covering interiors of the Rural Areas, may need Extra wide range especially at the lower end. |
Aplab Range Extender (1ph – 1ph) is an add-on unit, which ensures satisfactory performance of the UPS, even when the Mains Dips upto 130VAC. This ‘easy to install’ Interface between Utility and the UPS input, helps conserve the battery life and thus, ensures full rated back up for longer periods of usage. Aplab offers standard Range Extender Models in 1KVA, 2KVA, 3KVA & 5KVA ratings, as an Optional Accessory. |
| INPUT SUPPLY PROTECTION UNIT |
Although the UPS is required to provide clean, continuous and regulated power, it has to negotiate at its Input, a kind of supply which is full of Abnormal Spikes, Sags and fluctuations, termed as ‘Brown Outs’. These totally erratic occurrences are normally a result of Lightening, Electrical disturbances of motor load etc,and are very harmful to the smooth working of the system. Aplab offers a standard range of ‘power purifiers’ from 1KVA to 5KVA (in Four ratings), in single phase configuration, which are add-on boxes that take care of most of the ‘Brown Outs’ and allows the UPS to function smoothly, thus taking care of, primarily the ‘Black Outs’. |

| SIGNAL REPEATER |
This interface box, enables a fully duplex communication between the serial com-port of a PC and the RS 232 port of an Aplab UPS. It allows trouble-free communication even when the UPS and PC are located 100meters apart, thereby overcoming the limitation of the length of data/ communication cable. |
