IDEAL UPS FOR Call Centres, BPO, ISP, STP
The EVEREST Series is fully controlled by Digital Signal Processor performing real time processing of vast system data. This series incorporates true online double conversion topology with the latest state of the art IGBT based PWM technology. The reliability of the batteries is ensured by Neo-charger which enables intelligent management of the battery recharge. It also protects against slow discharge and over current charging. These online UPS systems guarantee N+1 redundancy by “True share” parallel systems and provide computer network communication with full SNMP access, BMS as well as TeleServices facilities.

High frequency switching operation combined with numeric command by micro-controllers ensures precise and pure sinusoidal output, reduces the size and the sound level & facilitates reliable operation with reduced running costs. Aplab EVEREST-EX series offers parallel configuration upto 6 units based on a modular concept. This guarantees redundancy and the capacity enhancement at any time even after installation. The 12 pulse rectifier option improves input power factor and reduces current harmonics from the mains. Continuous monitoring of the UPS system is possible through Tele service. All EVEREST-EX data can be transmitted via telephone network for consultations and remote diagnostics. A screen keyboard managed by micro-controllers offers graphic display of mode of operation and load rate.

Everest Plus Series, High Range - 100KVA to 200KVA (3PH-3PH)
EVEREST-Plus uses the latest design topology to provide high current delivering capability while protecting the system against excessive overload. The use of DSPs and SMDs, have reduced the number and the size of the PCBs, consequently enhancing the system reliability. The eco-mode operation can be selected manually or programmed through a software. THCDL feature enhances the DG set compatibility. In case of the power black out, before the end of the battery back up time, EVEREST-Plus software performs automatic shut down of the current applications. This series offers a wide choice of parallel operation with N+1 Redundancy. Our after sales service center continuously monitors the status of the UPS via teleservice.

Everest DSP series UPS systems are available with IGBT based Rectifier at the front end to ensure that input current harmonics are restricted to less than 5% and input power factor of the UPS is >=0.99. The DSP control provides excellent performance in terms of accuracy and reliability. High operating efficiency ensures energy savings while operating on Mains as well as Generator. This series offers choice of parallel operation with N+1 redundancy. UPS Monitoring Software with Network Interface is available with SNMP access. Menu driven LCD panel for status and parameters with event logging facility provided. Isolation Transformer provided externally at the input side of UPS for galvanic isolation.

Power Build series modular UPS systems are configured using hot swappable 10KVA modules. These UPS systems comply with IEC-62040 standards using double conversion technique, yet achieving an excellent overall efficiency of 96% at full load. Input power factor >= 0.99 and input current distortion < 5% even for crest factor loads at output side upto 6:1 are some salient features of this UPS. Multiple hot swappable modules of 10KVA each are connected in parallel and can be configured to operate with either a common battery set or individual set of batteries for each module. The controller module is also hot swappable and position free in a N+1 configuration. This scalable type modular UPS is available in 50KVA and 100KVA racks and can be configured for either 3-3, 3-1 or 1-1 configuration without any addition or subtraction of hardware. Parallel racks can be used for expanding the capacity more than 100KVA. The UPS is SNMP ready with communication interface for monitoring and control.

The DSP control provides optimum performance in terms of voltage accuracy & high power efficiency. It ensures maximum reliability through unique packaging and thermal management. The eco-mode function allows cost effective operation. THCDL solution significantly reduces the harmonic distortion of the input current. Galvanic Isolation between input and output helps in filtering unwanted electric noise.
EVEREST provides complete range of solutions to communicate with the users, the service personnel as well as with the computer systems themselves. State of the art LCD display on front panel & remote mimic diagram of EVEREST UPS enables constant monitoring of the running status.
 
DIGITAL UPS FOR IT DRIVEN APPLICATIONS
The DSP PRO Online UPS, makes use of the State of the Art DSP controlled IGBT PWM Technology that ensures superior technical performance by processing 20 million instructions of data per second. Thus the response to load current disturbances for non-linear loads is ultra fast.

The full load efficiency of this range is more than 91% which ensures minimal losses of energy manifested in the reduced power bills. This UPS can be put on the Eco- Mode when the efficiency goes even higher up to 97%. The model proves to be an ideal current source even when a non-linear-reactive load , introducing high inrush currents is connected to the output. Reduced harmonic distortion in the output ensures high quality of power supply to sensitive loads thus enhancing their life by upto 33%. The batteries are charged through a regulated independent bus bar. The added features include temperature compensated battery charging with capacity indication.
It comes with a user friendly graphic LCD display and provides advanced communication facility via RS232 and relay interface, as well as SNMP support for remote management. This ultra compact model, is ideally suited for all low to medium power IT and IT enabled applications.
