Aplab Model 8560 AC Power Source is essentially meant to provide variable output AC voltage at a selected frequency, that is 50Hz or 60Hz with a maximum power rating of 1000VA/800W. The required output frequency can be selected with the help of a switch, which is conveniently placed on the front panel. The voltage can be varied from 0 to 240 Volts using the potentiometer. With an active PFC, the current harmonics at the input side are substantially low.
