Mr. P. S. Deodhar is B.E. (Telecommunication), Distinguished Fellow I.E.T.E., India, Fellow I.E.E.E. (USA), Fellow Indian Academy of Engineers and Hon. Fellow Broadcast Engineering Society. He is a founder member of the Company, and past Chairman of Electronics Commission & Advisor to Prime Minister on Electronics.

Mr. S. A. Joshi is an Electronics Engineering Graduate - B.E. (Elec. & Tele.), with more than 34 years of Experience in the field of Electronic Industry, the last 28 years being association with the company. He has been associated with Power Electronics Division almost since its inception and has been a guiding force behind its Growth over past many years. He was Senior Vice President of the Power Electronic Division till appointment as Executive Director.  He has been on the syllabus committee of Shivaji University for the course of Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering.

Mrs. Neelam K. Kumar is an Electronics Engineer, MIEEE Communications Society & MIEEE Computer Society, a Technical Board Topper and an All Round Merit certificate holder in Academics, Music, Sports & Dramatics. She attended the Masters Degree Programme in Engg. Business Management conducted by The University of Warwick, UK.

Currently associated with the company since 1996 she was occupying the position of Senior Vice President of Power Controls & Conversion Division & Export Production Centre for Philip Harris UK Products manufactured in India and heads the IT division till date along with her appointment as Executive Director.

Mrs. Kumar has been recognized for her exemplary leadership, people management skills and ability to achieve quick turnarounds in a very short span of time.

In the year 2006, She was invited to present a thought provoking research paper on "The Human Side of Globalization" at IEMC2006, an annual event of the IEEE Engineering Management Society in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil.

She convened the India International Conferences on Power Electronics in 2002 and 2004 very successfully which were co-sponsored by IEEE USA, IIT Mumbai, IIT Delhi respectively.

She is a recipient of 'The Shield of Excellence' in Export under the category 'Outstanding Export Growth' in the year 1993-1994, awarded by the Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council.

In 1978 Mrs. Neelam K. Kumar was awarded a merit certificate for development of a new method of emergency lights first productionised in record time for specific Export purpose & for doing special work in the field of miniaturized DC to DC Converters for TV industry that was in its initial boom phase in India in the year 1977-1978.

Mr. Nishith Deodhar has a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California. His work with IBM allows him to bring to Aplab a vast array of skills in the IT market segment. His work has spanned product management, product development, implementing outsourcing methodologies, etc. He has spoken at multiple IT usergroups and trade conferences on network and systems management.

Mr. Shyam Sunder Goel is a Commerce Graduate from Kurukshetra University, Haryana. He has rich experience of 12 years in various capacities in the field of Finance, Corporate Restructuring, Strategic Business Planning, Accoutancy and Taxations.  He has worked as a Chief Financial Officer of Pan India Paryatan Ltd., the owner and operator of the amusement Park EsselWorld and the waterpark WaterKingdom for more than 7 years. As a Chief Financial Officer of Pan India Paryatan Ltd., he was instrumental in the Investment decisions of the Company, Strategic Business Planning, financial closure of new projects, financial re-structuring, Budgetary Control, ERP development and implementation, Tax planning, framing policies to ensure the smooth business operation etc.

Mr. Amit Goenka is a graduate of Business Administration from the Apeejay Institute of Marketing, New Delhi having more than 8 years working experience. He has developed keen expertise in pursuing Business Oppurtunities and developing Market Strategies during the course of his association with Essel Group. He has been associated with Zee Group investment and restructuring strategic projects.

Mr. Deepak Chandnani is a Arts graduate from St. Stephens College, New Delhi. He has worked with Cheseborough Ponds & Hindustan Lever on several positions in Sales and Marketing function including GM Sales & Marketing Manager. He also worked as a Country Manager in Yahoo! India and Managing Director in NCR India. Presently he is working as a CEO in Wire & Wireless India Ltd.

Mr. A. G. Joshi is a Post Graduate in Science faculty and did his Management studies from Pune University. He is having working experience of 36 years mainly in the Banking field with Bank of Maharashtra for 30 years, 3 years in Indian Bank as Executive Director and Dena Bank for 3 years as Chairman and Managing Director.

Mr. Jayant Deo is a Mechanical Engineer having Post Graduation in Industrial Engineering and Financial Management. He is having 35 years of working experience. He is a Member of World Energy Council and Fellow Member of Institution of Engineers (India).

Capt. V. W. Katre is a Master Mariner holding Chairmanship of Sea Horse group of companies. He is a member of American Management Association. He is having vast experience in various fields of Shipping Services and Import Export activities.
